I just bought a Tom Tom GPS. Where is the best location to put it on the bike??

Can I just put it on the tank with the suction cup that comes with it or do I need some type of special adapter/mount so it doesn't fly away ???

I definitely wouldn't trust just a suction cup, they make mounts that secure on to your gas cap screws...like this -

http://www.ram-mount.com/ has some mounts for various models. I have seen the ones that mount in the hole in the triple tree and it looks like it works pretty well. It does create some issues with seeing your speedo, but these bikes have such limited space it really is one of only a few options.

Thanx for the response. I contacted RAM and once you input your bike they give you the various options. I ordered eveything and hopefully it will work when I do the install.
