Hello there I have a 1985 gpz900 project bike . I need new fasteners for the float bowls as most of the originals have stripped heads . I was to change them over to Allen screws and was wondering what size and thread type I need? Also I am changing the jets to 1.36mm mains because the previous owner installed carb pods and it runs like Shite. Where can I buy jets without paying for the expensive jet kit like the one offered by Dyno Jet . I just want to buy individual jets .
Thank you

float bowl screws will be 4x16 with a .7mm thread pitch....aka 4 x .7 x 16

individual Keihin jets can be sourced by size from Jets-R-us.com or even your local Kawasaki dealer part # 92063-1014 is a Keihin 135 main MAIN JET
An experienced parts guy can accurately convert sizes to Kawasaki part numbers.

I had the "original" Ninja...1984 first year ZX900A1 bought brand new back in the day.

Have fun.
