I was going to ask for help here but figure it out today.
I had been blowing the headlight fuse in about every 60 to 80 miles.
This continued for about the last week. Found the problem with the wire hardness going around the right side/top of engine. It had worn a hole right through the electrical tape to a hot wire for the headlights, grounding it out. It seemed like it was rubbing on the top of the bolt for the right side reed valve cover. The factory uses very little tape around the wire harness, and I only have 12K miles on the bike.
Just thought I would share my experience.
