This is i stupid question, but does only one headlight burn on low beam with the 03 models. and if so is there anyway to get them to both burn on high and low beams. Im starting to get tired of everyone stopping me to say i have a headlight out.

Yes, unfortunately, the left light is the designated low beam. You would have to do some re-wiring to connect the right light to the wire of the left low beam, but you may run into some sufficient currency issues.
