You can remove the bolt with a Sears Craftsman Screw-Out damaged screw remover set.
HELP bolt on back rotor stripped to hell :(
Ok, well I go to take off my back rotor and I get 2 bolts taken off, then I get to the third and itsalready a tiny bit stripped, also they had some surface rust. Well I try to take it off and it spins around but I managed to strip the bolt. I tried to take pliers and grab the circle part and twist it that way but it doesnt budge, please help! [V]

If you ever get it out put some anti-seize on the replacement. Every time I pull a bolt out I give it a shot especially those going into aluminum.
