Hi I live in rural Herefordshire up a mile long mixed use type track/road. There is moss and grass in the middle, mud tarmac & gravel. I’d live a tyre that would cope with the rural roads but still be good on tarmac. I only use my bike for 40-50 mile commuting.
Has anyone fitted or had experience of fitting an adventure dual sport tyre to the er6-f?
I spotted Pirelli do an MT60RS that looks good but is it suitable.
The range is mind blowing.

Hi there, you could try fitting any heavily road biased on - off tyre, 70 - 30 or more, but I guess that you should lower your on road handling expectations accordingly.

Maybe a switch to a Versys is what you really need as the geometry alone will make your trail riding much easier and pleasant!

The Versys forum would have more opinions on this sort of thing. There’s not much call for that sort of thing here. A versys fork and rear shock swap wouldn’t be hard, take long or cost much. The hardest thing to find is the swingarm. From there you’ll have some more ride height
