i've owened a zx6r g1 for about 5 months and for the last 3 months i have been playing about with the suspension (not the rear shock adjustment though), have not yet found a perfect setting but have not got the balls to play about with it to much, at the moment the front is set on 4 rings showing and 7 clicks with the rebound on 7 clicks and the back is set on 8 clicks with the rebound on 6 clicks, it was wollowing in corners but now she whants to go in but dosn't inspire the confidence in me to go right off the edge with the knee down. Any help would be gratefully appreciated, cheers Mat. P.S. Sorry about the spelling.

I would start by getting the sag to about 1 3/16" and 1 3/8" in the rear. Then play with the dampening adjustments.

Cheers mate for the advise ..
Mat check the "lean chicken strips" posts. I just put the Performance Bikes settings in there.
