Hi out there, I have a 2009 vulcan 900 classic with 13000 miles. I"ve had it tuned up but this problem still exist. Normal street riding is great, it idles great but on the highway at about 60 miles an hour and trying to excellerate, the bike starts to chug like its loosing power and it will not go any faster. I did drill out the exhaust pipes for louder sound but I am replacing them and I know this will affect the back pressure. I put the Cobra FI2000 power command on for the Injectors and Ajusted it according to the recommended specs. Still have the problem. Can someone Help Me Please. I'm at a loss.

Drilling the pipes isnt going to hurt your back pressure enough to cause problems, even without a Power Commander. I suggest you remove the Power Commander and take it for a ride. If the problem is gone, then you know the PC has a bad tune or isn't working properly.
