My son and I are trying to get a 1975 Kawasaki G4TR-E 100cc bike going. I've had it in my family from new buy it hasn't ran since the early 1980's.
We've done a fair amount of dissassembly and part ordering so far (waiting for parts and crankshaft rebuilding to be done by a local shop (they had to send the crank out). It's likely going to cost even more $$$ but I realized this from the start. We've taken a fair amount of dissassembly photos and have a number of part and service manuals to assist us. I hope we can assemble it correctly.

Any advice? What forum section is this most relevant to?
