Who has the bike with the highest mileage here?
My 500 has over 102,000. Can anyone top that?

On a side note:
It has the original engine, and does not burn any oil. :grin2:

Good job, it's good to see you enjoying your bike to the max, keep riding and smiling :Bike:

I've been riding motorcycles since I was thirteen years old and now I am almost forty, so that's 27 years of riding fun, and my total mileage estimate would most probably be a crazy number!

When I was younger I remember being literally glued to the saddle but now it's more quality time since I can walk to my job and use my Er as a joy machine to leave the city buzz behind and clear my head >:)

Wow, trusty machine! What kind of maintenance schedule do you run on? Motor oil, brake pads, fork oil?
I have a 2007 ZX14 and it goes like a freight train but I've been considering a second, smaller bike. A 500 seems like it would be a handy lightweight weapon for those quick trips around town.

The only motor oil I have ever used is Spectro4 non-synthetic. Change it every 2000 miles.
Been using Bel-Ray fork oil. Change that every 25,000 miles.
In the past I have used EBC brake pads. Also Galfer. But the last few years I have been using organic Caltric pads.

I follow the maintenance schedule pretty close.
