i have a 02 ZX-6R and the only thing i want to replace on it is the Aluminium looking non-shiny exhaust pipe with the exhaust pipe of 03 ZX-6R? any ideas on where to go and how much for the whole transition?

'02 is a bolt on system, the '03 is a slip on. Won't work without some fairly significant modification to both systems, and why would ya bother... just get yourself a polished aftermarket can. D&D and Hindle are two very affordable decent quality exhausts that will outperform your stocker and save you a few pounds in the process, plus make your bike sound much better.

This might not interest you at all, but I have an '03 pipe. It has a scuff and a small dent, but otherwise is perfect. Won't take much of an effort to clean it up. You can have it for free, just shipping. I don't think anyone would want it for that reason, but you are welcome to have it if you want. Can e-mail you pictures if your heart so desires.
