Been searching online and can't seem to find much info. Is there a way to remove engine braking without a tune/ecuflash? I have a PCV with a base map for the exhaust I am running. I heard a tune with a PCV doesn't allow adjustments for engine braking and that I should just get an ecuflash- Is that accurate?

New to the forums and appreciate any help!

I'm a little confused. Engine braking is something you do, not something you have.

I'm a little confused why it's an issue to begin with, It's not like a Big V-Twin...

C'mon guys, some new bikes have selectable levels of engine braking. It can help one's riding style a lot, especially during track riding.

I don't know if this can be achieved without high-end electronics though.

Slipper clutch. They make them for most ZX6 gens which is what I assume you have based on your tag.

Slipper clutch will play no part in low speed riding, It's sole design purpose is to stop the rear wheel locking up when you bang down the Box from say 6th to 4th/3rd/2nd.
