How much can I sell my bike for?

I have 2000 Ninja with around 23k miles on her. Full Muzzy exhaust, DB windscreen, everything good, just had carbs done + valves adjust. Still has warranty until summer of 04. Bike has a small crack on left lower, some scruffs on left upper, and also some minor scruffs on right lower. (Went down 2 times on parking lot when I was learning). I have new clutch friction plates that I will put in some time next week also.

I didn't put this in for sale section because it's not for sale, yet. I'm trying to find out what a fair price would be for it. So what do you think?
Oh yea got new tires (M-1 ), but by the time it will go up for sale not so new any more.
