After riding one day, my coolant was returning to my overflow tank boiling, and leaking out of the overflow hose. I changed the cap, which fixed the problem, however the bike would stutter once every 10 miles with the coolant temp light Turning on for 4 seconds. I drained the coolant and replaced it but I can't get down the block without the bike overheating. From what I heard there is air in the system. What are the proper bleeding procedure for the coolant on a 2000 kawaski 1500 classic? I noticed there is a bleeder value in front of the coolant cap. The coolant fan is turning on periodically.
