1) They need to be on the internet somewhere, they cant just be on your hard disk
2) enter it like this.. [ img ]http://www.mypictureishere.com/mypic.jpg[ / img ] (just dont put the spaces I did inside the [ ] brackets

your ISP (it looks like you have AOL) should give you a few megs of free space to post pics too, check with them and see.
