Not a bad job...remove rear seat cowl, remove front seat(one 10mm bolt in lever). Tank is held on with 1 allen bolt on front and 1-10 mm bolt through rear mount.Once you can get under the tank you will need to disconnect fuel pump connector and quick disconnect on fuel line. Lift off tank. On the right front of airbox is the air temp sensor, disconnect this.Airbox is held on with 1 bolt in front and clamps on the throttlebodies.Once you remove the airbox, you can get to the plug boots/plugs. Hope this helps.
once you have the tank off there are two small allen screws that hold the air box on. There is a allen key in the factory tool kit, loose the screws, they face the towards the back of the bike. Loosen them and the air box will pull straight out. Once the airbox is out of the way then it easy sailing, make sure when you put everything back together you do not forget to plug the air temp sensor back in otherwise you will get a FI light from it.
