On mine the big air leaks were where the tubes that go through the frame went into the air box. I used a bead of GE silicone to tighten up the seal. It is a pain because I have to strip off the old stuff and re-seal it ever time I take it apart. I does make a noticeable difference in sound and performance. You also need to make sure all the hoses and screws are in place.
