I am looking to get a rear hugger and some frame sliders for my 99 6r. Anyone know what kind of slider is best and where to get the hugger from? Thanks

for your bike (or any 99-02) the best ones are the Rhencullen's or RG Racing's offerings. They're both from the UK. They're a lot pricier than the fairing mount types, but these ones actually can withstand some serious damage. I'm too lazy right now to check their URL's, but they're somrthign like this (just use google if these don't work):

www.rhencullen.com
www.rgracing.com

These ones install using the engine mounts. With the Rhencullen's you don't need to drill the fairings. I believe you do with the RG's. The RG's require a new coolant reservoir bottle (bolt goes through it - it's included int he kit) while the Rhencullen's come with a L bracket or something to go around the bottle and come out the fairing vents. Good luck.
