The sidewall code tells you the month and year of manufacture. I think it's recommended if they are over 5 years old you should replace them.

Hi and welcome, get rid of these tires asap, they are completely "dry" and full of cracks.

Don't play with your safety, change your tires every two years as a pair to be completely safe, rubber deteriorates over time and through repeated heat cycles.

Use soft sport tires for maximum traction and safety, money 100% well spent always ;)

Yea, don't ride on those. They are all cracked on the sidewalls which could lead to a blowout.
