Idle bleed screws

I'm drilling out the plugs right now, and the first one I've done was screwed all the way in. Do I start at 2 and 1/2 turns out and work from there? Also, were they supposed to be all the way in?

I think they were suppose to be at about 2 turns from the factory. 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 sounds like a good starting point.

The other three were at 1 and 1/2. I buttoned it up just now, starting at 2 and 1/2, already sounds better. Thanks for the quick reply sw.
