Hey guys, I was on my way to class today and riding in the temp was about 33-38 Degrese Ferinheight and while riding in my bike wanted to die at the stop light once the bike had already been warmed up and then I felt hesitation in acceleration while I was about to park it can you guys give me some advice on what to look for?

What year is your ZX6R?

Sounds like possible carb icing. There's no mechanical problem with your bike. It's a cold weather thing.

a simple thing to check first is your idle speed...if it's too low the bike will try and can die on you. Should be about 1300 +/-50 RPM on our bikes. Might try this first and go from there.
