Adjusting the idle may be a quick fix, but you may run into problems later with the FI. If you put on a full system (and hopefully a PCIII), I would suggest getting the PC mapped. If you have a slip on, adjusting the idle would be just fine, but that is a huge jump from 1300 rpm.
