So I improperly stored my 250 by just adding fuel stabil and put the bike in a storage unit for 7 months. The bike was turned on once a month 4 times.

So I finally pulled it out of storage, tried warming the bike applying the choke but it won't idle.It stalls when I release the choke.

I've checked the spark plugs, drained the fuel and checked the air filter to find it soaked with fuel.

Does it sound like a vacuum issue?

clogged pilot jet, or pilot circuit.
needs a good cleaning.

but, better yet just replace the pilot jet.
i cant remember for sure, but on a lot of those carbs you can change it without removing the carbs.

if that doesnt fix it, then the pilot circuit is clogged, and will need a proper, more thorough cleaning.
