I don't know if you will find one in a hardware store, but you should be able to buy a #32 bit in a speciality tool place.

The DynoJet kit for my bike requires a #32 drill for the slide. I am missing this because this is a used kit. Would this be the same as a #32 drill in hardware stores?

Thanks. Is drilling a hole in the slide necessary? That scares the shit out of me. Jets and needles can be changed but drilling is forever and if it screws the carbs up I'm screwed.

Yep, it is probably necessary to get the kit to work properly. If you decide you don't like it you can fill the hole with JB Weld and put it back to stock.
