I have a 2001 ZX6R and I am trying to get an idea of the jetting that will work best for that bike. Any of you have your bike rejetted for a Muzzy pipe, if so what was your settings?

i dont recall off hand, the exhaust should have came with tuning instructions. if not call or email muzzy and they'll hook you up.

i had to send my system back to them, the lower cap became loose and the pipe shook like a leaf. they took care of that, they also replaced the header, due to a failed weld. one of the port pipes broke off at tht collector. they hooked me up event though it was after warrenty expired. (muzzys warrenty last only for 90 days from the factory,can you believe that shit?)

It depends more so on what brand/type of kit you buy. I purchased an Ivan's with full Muzzy system. www.ivansperformanceproducts.com

You can call and talk with him, all kits will come with instructions. Some kits are more complicated then others. Mine required drilling.
