If you look at the mirror location of your stock mirrors you would see that they are pretty high on the front fairing. This is the key to the answer yes because of the position you can see out of them. They are small and thing in them look small You have the truth the fact that once you've check and you check one last time and you don't see nothing in the mirror there is nothing really these.

I couldn't see behind me with the stock mirrors, so I know you can't see behind you with those pig spotters. I went with mirror extenders from SW-MOTECH and now I don't have to crouch down or pull my shoulder in to see what's behind me. Those mirrors look more like a novelty item to me that aren't very functional. IMO
