KLX110 Street Tire Conversion Question

Hi,

I just picked up and 23 KLX110R and would like to convert to street tires. Dealer is saying I need to convert the front rim to 12” but does anyone out there run a street tire on the OE 14” wheel? If so, any advice on what tire size to purchase or install tips?
My goal is to avoid having to pay the extra $$$ to convert to 12” if possible.

Here's a nice set of dual sport tires from Amazon for $74.. :)
That's the best I could find. They should work just fine on the street.
