Nice pics.. looks like a very scenic ride.. That's one of the few sucky things living in NYC.. all you get is traffic and buildings.. Sometimes making runs out to Long Island's beaches are nice.. but you gotta do it at night.. when there's no cars.. and it's just not the same... <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Does your wife ride to? Or is she a proffesional passenger?

Gotta love those rocky mountains! The twisties are great out here<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>, just wish I could ride year round like back in San Diego.

She's slowly learning to ride this summer. I picked up an old Yamaha SR250 for 200 bones and rebuilt the carbs, tuned it up and a new battery and some paint. I say slowly because I think she likes to be a passenger and take in the sights for than drive. Hell I've put more miles on the thing riding it back and forth to work. No worries though, if it does'nt work out I know I can get 6-800 for the bike now and a summer of 70 MPG commuting isn't too bad.

Looked like some nice mountain roads. The ZX6 never seems to stop impressing me - one weekend you can tour on it two up, the next you can terrorise r6s, gsxrs etc at a track day, SENSATIONAL.

I've been through Zion (I think that's correct name) National Pk a few years back and I remember thinking how great it would be on a bike instead of a Ford F350. We have some great mountain roads along the east coast of OZ that I often do on weekends away. Should get my act into gear and take some shots for you guys in the states to have a look at.

Doing a weekend away at the end of the month so I might just do that and post some shots of the great twisty roads in OZ.

Please do!<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle> I have yet to be able to visit down under and would love to see what kind of riding you have down that way. Lived in Germany for 3 years and rode as much of Europe as time off would allow.
