Ok, the d and d slip on on my 95' ninja leaks exhaust around where there are maybe 8 little bolts, the bolts are coming off but look like they cant be srewed in because it is a circle hole. This leads to a really ugly sound as I let off the gas, the whole pipe shakes like hell and it sounds terrible, my question is is there anyway to buy new bolts or fix that? thanks!

Matt, most likely the rivets are coming out of the can...Very common in some of D&D's older products. Have it re-riveted and you should be fine, otherwise, get a new slip on for the bike, and save a little money..

There is a copper crush gasket that goes between the header pipe and the muffler. They cost about $10 from the dealer and should be replaced each time the muffler is removed. Usually they don't get replaced and leak. A leak there will also cause popping and backfiring on decelleration.
