I live in Fremont, Nebraska (near Omaha). I will do it for $1,000 plus beer. Here is a previous fender chop I did. By the way, I don't need any tools ... just your keys and a stretch of road without traffic. :D

a friend of mine just sawed his off right above the bottom edge of his license plate. looks way better than the huge stock fender hanging low

Im tryin to get rid of fender. I want to keep the stock turn signals, but the chop you described is still not enough.

w/e u say bro, it looks good. still got the signals the fender just stops behind the license plate, dunno what your looking for, because thats the lowest you can cut it without having to do extra work
