I wrecked my 650 and so now it's streetfighter with two small 4" headlight up front so i don't have fairing to worry about modifying bodywork. I want to lower the front of the bike about an inch but if i do the "high-rise" clip-ons from ninja650shop.com but lower the triple and mount them above it, would it set too high? or should i just deal with the stock height and put the high-rise clip-ons under the tree? or would the v2 sport bars be the way to go?

Depends on where you want your hands to be, Each option is going to put you in a little bit different position... I would go with the sport bars personally seem like an easier way to go, and several people love them already...
