i just picked up a used 2002 yellow zx6r with 5500 miles on it. it came with no owners manual. Can anyone help me out with the service intervals (i.e. spark plugs, valve adjustment, and oil changes)? can't wait for the weather to break to ride this thing - more f*%#@ing snow tonight.

synthetic oil every ~3,000 miles, valve adjustment around every 8-10k miles, and spark plugs around every 7k miles. I'm new to the zx6r so this is what i went for for my 250ninja but im thinking it should be around the same. maybe if someone could confirm.
