Hi,

I am about to hit another cross road of what I want for my next assignment. The smart thing to do is to go to Wright Patterson AFB (Dayton, Ohio) to get my masters.

The question is, are there a lot of nice twisty roads that you can ride for hours? I don't remember that area to have any mountains or even hills. I know Mid Ohio Raceway is about 2 hours away so thats a bonus. I don't mind traveling about 30-60 minutes to hit nice roads. I love riding bikes and driving cars.

I been spoiled by nice roads of S. Cali, Central Cali, and now Europe.

Please post pics if you can. I appreciate everyone's inputs.

no we don't have roads as nice as cali but we have some good roads you can ride for quite some time within 60min of Wright Patt. Went out for a 5 hr ride not to long ago down by Caesar's creek. Another good place to try would be hocking hills or head down to Kentucky.

Hocking hills is definitely a good area to check out. Plenty of decent twisty roads down there, some better than others. Im in the columbus area and that is by far my favorite area to ride. Well worth the 30 - 40 minutes to get there.
