Guys, still have stock gearing and need need need a touch more zing. My JT 45T got lost in the post can you believe. Will only get another when I return to London in December.

Now, I want to keep stock chain, so -1 or +2, they are my only options. I'd prefer +2 on the rear, but does it make a small but noticable difference or is -1 front better. So many people say not to go down on the front for reasons I've read about, but -1 or +2:D is my question. I only need a touch more zing not loads, I'm not a wheelie guy, prefer to keep the front down at all times.

Cheers guys, hit me with it.

Been running -1 +2 on the track bike for quite a while... has good pick up, noticably different ride from the street bike I had with stock gearing.
