Here is what it looks like after I went over it with a scotchbrite pad for the brushed aluminum look. I took some sheet aluminum and made my own template, then cut it out and used a industrial drill press with a metal hole cutter bit to cut the three holes. Then I radiused the corners and used industrial breaks to bend the aluminum into its current shape. Then I just scuffed it up. I still need to drill liscence plate mounting holes then thats about it. I kind of want to make a few more with ZX6R or Ninja or something like that where the three holes are. I know you won't be able to see the lettering when the liscense is on but it would still be pretty cool.
