Sounds like me, rode for two years before i got my 6r, i want to cut the fender off and rig up an aluminum bracket for the plate and signal lights, im just to scared to pull out the dremel and chop if off though... [] if i screw up, its kinda non reversable...
Tip-when you finish cutting the unwanted part, sand down the cut line to make it smooth and straight.
