The moron that owned my bike before me didn't replace a spacer when he took the wheel off one time obviously.

It's the spacer that sits between the right caliper and the wheel itself. It steps from a larger diameter to a smaller diameter and is about 6mm (1/4 inch) wide.

Can someone look in their workshop manual (Mine is on order) and see if it gives a dimension for the inner and outer parts of the spacer?

There are none in the country (Australia) according to my local Kawa dealer, so I may have to get one machined to size. I'll be checking all wreckers tomorrow, but having the dimensions may help me find one from another make that will fit (with perhaps a bit of time on a lathe).

It looks like the smaller diameter part of the spacer actually sits unside the wheel against maybe a collar inside the wheel?

Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated and hopefully this will fix the chain problem as well.
