I have a 03 500R its been setting for quite sometime when parked ran great not it seems like it dont even want to rev to 4000 rpms and tops out at 6500 rpms if you really play with it any suggestions?

yes oil change spark plugs coils filter ran seafoam thru it cot clearing up

Sea foam isn't gonna totally clean out the carbs, sounds like you might need to take them apart And clean them really good
