Need some help with suspension setup

I am getting my 99 6r ready to do a trackday. Just wanted to see what some of you guys are doing as far as ride height and stock suspension settings. So far I raised the rear up to the cotter pin, feels good, is it ok to lower the front a little too? Thanks a lot

You can also lower the front by raising the forks through the triple clamps but be careful doing this. Try your rear ride height set up first and see how quickly and precisely the bike turns. Raising the forks a few millimeters makes quite a difference so just do it a little at a time until the bike turns as you would like it too. Also, remember that the more 'nose-heavy' the bike is, the more twitchy it will be so just beware.
