In the latest issue of MCN we’ve got the pictures Kawasaki would rather you didn’t see – exclusive spy shots of its 2003 ZX-6R
"For more details, analysis and the picture in full, along with details of other machines in the 2003 Kawasaki range, don’t miss the latest issue of MCN, out July 24.
The bike was caught as the company filmed its new promotional video ahead of the bike’s official launch at the Munich Show this September.
The pictures reveal a much leaner and more aggressive ZX-6R – with sharper lines and bodywork revisions. The hardcore racer on the street image is reinforced with the upside-down forks, a first for the class, and radial brakes, a first on any mainstream production bike."
It seems as though Kawasaki is finished with the bike and this is the final product and will have inverted forks and radial brakes. It seems as though fuel injection is not on the '03 6R. I am sure Kawasaki is 100% reassured that they don't need F.I. to compete with the other top dogs in the class. I think this is a step up for kawasaki that will get people saying, "What r6?". It will soon be time when at this years bike show at Munich that all will be revealed of what Kawasaki has shown and possible has not been shown in these early photos of their new found 6R.
