Hiya all!

Been lurking for a while, just joined to celebrate the arrival of my new bike, ZX6-R 1998 G2 Model.

I thought I would share a pic or two as there doesn't seem to be and Grey/Black pics on here at all! Maybe the colour isn't so popular in the States?

The weather is shite in the UK at the moment so haven't been on it yet! About to put a scorpion can on it that the previous owner gave me, does anyone have any experience with them?

Looks more like the sport touring windscreen to me, what kind is it?

There is no makers name on the screen that I have noticed, I will have a closer look, it's coming off though! I am thinking of a smoked glass effect screen, what do people think?

Tracked it down to a Novo touring screen, has anyone any recomendations regarding a standard size screen that has a heavy black tint?

Nice bike! welcome to the board. We here in the states didn't get many years with the silver ZX6 so you won't see many posted by the americans, but that's not to say we wouldn't like to have the color.

Thanks! I was sitting on a green zx6r brand new at weekend, I keep changing my mind, first I wanted a black, now I want the green!

Mind you the Z1000 feels nice too!

DO you think they will add a load of graphics for 2004 model 6r?
