Hello all.. I recently purchased a used 01 zx6r as a first bike and am looking for info on fairing repair. (right lower) The person who owned before me dropped it at low speed. no structural damage, just cosmetic. also anyone use a gear indicator kit?

Hey Local.. I love the site, I have been here before and I must say you have done well. I am a very new rider (goint to the MSF class today at 7) and I am getting alot of great info from here. I do have pics and will scan them in soon. The damage is minimal.. but enought to warrant a repair. I was considering just going to a body shop and having them light scope the fairing to give me same color touch up. Also.. on battery maintenance, how often should you charge it? is there a standard?
