Hello as you can see in the image, the tire is uncentered or something?? Anyone know how i could fix this? I just replaced the tire and used the zip tie method but now its this and im stuck.

It's not seated properly. Break the tire loose, use a lot of lubricant, and try again.

I wouldn't attempt the fire method. Especially at this point before trying some more times in a more conventional way. Although heating the tire up by setting it in direct sunlight for a while can help. Even using a hair drier to heat it up. Don't be afraid to go well beyond the recommended psi while seating also. 50 or 60 psi not a problem while seating. Just bring it back down to the correct psi afterwards. That's all the fire method does, brings the psi up high and at a fast rate. But you have no control over how high the psi rises doing the fire method.
