You might be in over your head here bc this doesnt make a lot of sense

You said it starts and runs on starter fluid which means you have spark. But then you said you confirmed that the fuel is getting sprayed into the cylinders? So you don't have spark now but you did before?

Bc if you have both and its not working its probably going to be your compression
lol beat me to it. Glad I'm not the only one thinking that

Well I did have spark and I went thru the service manual I have and done as much as I could on the diagnostic I am using a manual I downloaded of manualslib.com

I have power to the pump and to the injectors I have a video here showing them spraying when not in the throttle body

When I lose the idle speed screw it sounds like its the closest to starting

I will refer to my manual to see how too do a compression test

Compression? But you posted it starts when fuel introduced into that barb, correct?

How many miles on this bike?

you earlier reported missing hoses...have you accounted for their need or function, identifying each in the service manual?

I have not found any info about the barb on the throttle body both the gas tank hoses have been replaced one was a ovwr flow tube and the other was a to relase any build up pressure in the tank.

the bike only has about 12k miles on it so maybe the valve clearence needs to be checked?

And yes the bike would start when putting fuel into the barb on the throttle body

My friend suggested looking into the fuel pressure regulator but in the manual it said it was not a serviceable part (but it said the same thibg about the fuel pump and fuel pump screen and i replaced both fairly easily) I was wondering if anyone knows how to service the fuel pressure regulator or if that is even possiable or if i just have to buy a whole new pump assembly

It ended up being the fuel pump regulator which is located in the fuel pump assembly unfortunately had to buy the whole assembly thank you for all the help and now if anyone else has that issue at least they have some closure with what the issue potentially may be
