Every couple hours or whatever i'll hear a crunch from the front end like the forks. I have no clue what it is but its scaring me [V]

What are you doing when you hear this noise? If your suspension isnt set right and your hitting bumps you could be bottoming out the forks.

Well its not from hitting a pothole it'll just do it every once in a while, sounds exactly like crunching over a foam cup or something... help

It may be stones or something off the road getting stuck in your tyre and then running through the front hugger. I have heard the same thing on my bike and thats the only thing I can think that it may be.

Out of the light...into the shadows....

Check your front fender and make sure it's tight. It could be rubbing up against your tire.

I had the same thing today riding home.........and it was a stone running under the rear hugger........awful noise tho.......made me stop and check it out!.....will know for next time )
