Ohlins front fork springs for ZX6R '03

Hi guys,
Well I finally decided to purchase an ohlins rear (see thread Ohlins rear for 6r '03) and speaking with the sales guy he informed me they also have front springs, in rates 0.85, 0.90, 0.95 and 1.0. Hey, what the heck, might as well spend _all_ my money this month! Given I have read that the someone has measured the stock springs at 0.86, I weigh 70kgs (with gear on) what do you fast boys recommend? I want a good compromise between fast road and trace if its possible. Also what weight oil should I use as well (order that from them as well...). Finally, as they easy(ish) to fit?
