before i get flamed, i just wanted to say i have searched but couldnt find anything. its been a while since i have been on the forum so not upto date with the going ons, ages ago i think i saw something about using a powercommander 5 on the 636, just wanted to know if someone could point me to the thread about it if there was one or whateva?

I have a pc3 which is fine and i have the hub but i have old firmware so i cant hook up the hub and i could probably get it sorted out at a shop but they want to charge $400 for atmo tune - $600 for turbo tune, so when i can get a pc5 with auto tune for $300 im still ahead...

I know that this isn't exactly what you asked for but, I did some digging and found this thread where the PCV was wired up to an 07-08 so that is telling me that it can be done on pre-PCV models just might require a little more work to install.

Here are the PCV installation instructions for the PCV for 2009-11 ZX6Rs.

Compare these directions with those of the 05-06 PC3 for similarities.

If I had access to a PCV, I would love to try and install this on my 05 but, will have to stick w/ my PC3 for now.

You could call or email dynojet directly and get their feedback on the the difficulty of doing this as well.

i actually founds this after looking for a bit myself, its old but someone new might be interested im pretty sure it would work and would be a good mod, the pc5 is smaller and has the dual map function, could be good for someone with nos or running different fuels.

on a side note looking on the pc website they make the pc5 for the 07-08 mod and it has the tps plug so you dont need to splice into any wires im not sure why they do that (splice)with the 09+ mods?? but either way i think you could just splice into the wire if you have the 09mod pc5 or try get the 07-08 pc5 and it should be plug and play for the 636.

im gona give it a go once i sell my pc3 and hub so ill see what happens
