Penske 8981 shock
I am selling a Penske 8981 that allows adjustments to preload, compression, rebound, and ride height. It has a 475 lb/in spring, a collapsed eye-to-eye length of 340 mm, and 12-mm eyelets. It comes with a preload adjustment tool.
I bought the shock new from traxxion.com for $775 a bit over a year ago. I am selling it because I no longer own a 1997 ZX-6R.
If you have a 1995 to 1997 ZX-6R, the shock will bolt right on. You can also have it made to fit other bikes. For more info, email Penske's Tim Godshall at [email protected].
