So, the husband rides a 2005 kawasaki Vulcan 1600 mean streak.(the one that's not the more sporty style, i know there's two styles, but the non red and black one) Beautiful black bike, hard bags, 14"apes. Going to be putting the shield back on for the season. I ride a purple Vulcan 1500. 4 speed. Very basic. I want to surprise him with a custom motorcycle plates that go together . I get up to 6 characters per plate. I don't know what to get on them. I have till March to figure it out. I know that you guys are amazing, and creative and thought you alll may have some ideas. I am not very creative.

I'm new here but been married 38 years and riding 52 years so take my opinion for what it's worth. There is no way I would have his and her plates on our bikes. We have never dressed alike and make fun of couples that do. To me that is lame and flies in the face of motorcycle independence. The only reason I even mentioned it is I don't want you to put your husband in a difficult position or you for that matter. I hope you make the right decision.
