I decided to post some photos of a quick way to protect your bike from scratches between your driver and passanger seats.

I got on my bike with a screwdriver in my back pocket while working on it and scratched the body between the two seats.

I decided to buy some 3-mil vinyl and see if I could cut out a pattern to place between the two seats.

Here are some photos of the finished area. It works well and cost me all of $2. Good thing about this is that you can find vinyl in any color or even get a clear. Great way to cover an area waiting for a scratch.

You can pick up vinyl at any local auto parts store or window tint shops. I got my piece at an auto storethat sold it by the foot. I've seen chrome, carbon, colored, and even camo.
